Tumelo has 12 years electrical engineering experience in renewables. He has successfully led the implementation of more than 30MW of solar installations. Tumelo has worked in the engineering field for 16 years.

Tumelo has experience in many diverse fields; residential, commercial and industrial projects, technical advisory, design, tenders, implementation, project development, O&M and budget management. He has refined engineering skills and a deep understanding of renewable energy, and provides operational management and support to clients, contractors, sales, research and Executive teams.

Tumelo oversees procurement, project operations and maintenance, ensuring health and safety regulations and engineering excellence is upheld.

Dimakatso is a PhD Geography candidate, with undergraduate degree in life and environmental sciences, a BWIS (Black Women in Science) fellow of the year 2022. She has worked in telecommunication, waste management, renewable (solar) and consulting industries. She currently conducts various research projects at ACES Renewables and provides project administration.

Lettie joined ACES Renewables in May 2023. Lettie has eight years accounting experience, together with an Advance Diploma in Accounting Sciences.

With experience in financial services, IT technology and public sectors, Lettie brings with her a wealth of knowledge.
